PX type material is filled with PTFE modified polyoxymethylene plastic as the surface layer of three layers of composite self-lubricating material, it is a benign boundary lubricating material, so it is especially suitable for rotating motion under high load and low speed, swing motion and often open and close under load and is not easy to form hydrodynamic lubrication of bearings, thrust gaskets, sliders, ball seats and other friction parts. PX-2 makes full use of trace grease and can be maintained without oil for a long time under boundary lubrication conditions. PX-2 has low friction properties and low allowable PV value under completely oil-free lubrication conditions, so it is usually rolled out of the plastic surface and coated with lithium-based grease or silicone grease during assembly.
